Ancient wine with a new taste
The first winegrowers in the region used to keep wine in amphorae. To pay tribute to them and to rediscover the flavour of ancient wine, we are reviving this ancestral method. It’s advantage? The rough clay is liquid tight and permeable to air. We have selected parcels of old Vermentinu vines for the white wines and Niellucciu for the red wines. From sandstone or from afar, the best wines are made in jars!
If this wine were to be an emotion, it would be wonder. The one that fills you instantly with joy and lasts for a while. It nicely announces the colour for rosé and white wines. Let the fun begin! Its specially designed bottle attracts all the attention. In the champagne glasses its light bubbles rise to the surface before happily bursting. On the palate, its freshness and expressivity recall its origin. One is Corsican or one is not. Whatever the occasion, don’t hesitate to try it !
