Responsibilities

Responsibility of the User

All hardware and software necessary for access and use of the Site remain exclusively the responsibility of the user who remains solely responsible for the proper functioning of his equipment and his access to the Internet. It is therefore his responsibility to take all appropriate measures to protect his own data, computer systems and / or software from contamination by possible viruses. Responsibility of “ SCA La Cave D’Aléria ”

SCA La Cave D’Aléria implements all reasonable means at its disposal to ensure quality access to the Site. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These GTCUs are subject to French law. Any dispute related to the interpretation, validity, and consequences of these Terms and in the absence of a prior amicable solution only the Courts of Paris will be competent.

Personal data when browsing

When browsing and when placing an order as defined in the GTCU, we collect personal data, such as your address (billing and delivery when different), your surname, first name, date of birth, telephone number, and credit card number in the case of payment by credit card.

Creating a web account

When placing a first order, the customer must create a personal account by indicating his e-mail and a password. The customer must fill in his contact details (title, surname, first name, date of birth, address, email address, telephone) in the “Account creation” form. These identifiers will be requested for all reservations made on the website www.cavedaleria.fr.

It is specified that the customer is solely responsible for his password. It will bear alone the consequences of use by third parties who may have known about it. Deleting a web account
