A pale yellow colour with delicate green hues. The nose is complex, elegant and expressive, revealing aromas of citrus and white flowers. On the palate, the wine offers a fresh and generous attack, followed by a lovely tangy and fruity finish.
The grapes are harvested at night and at low temperatures to preserve their aromas and prevent oxidation. The wine then undergoes draining and direct pressing, followed by fermentation at 16°C with automatic temperature control.
Best served chilled as an aperitif, this wine pairs beautifully with seafood, grilled fish and summer salads. It also goes wonderfully with light and fresh Mediterranean cuisine
