Its aromas of floral notes and exotic fruits and its very good alcohol-sugar balance give it a great power from the 100% muscat petit grain grape variety.
The partial fermentation of the wort in closed vats lasted 4 months at a very low temperature of around zero degrees, which made it possible to obtain an alcohol content of 6%. The CO2, resulting from the fermentation, blocked in the closed tank, has thus re-integrated the wine must allowing consequently the formation of fine bubbles.
This Sparkling Muscat can be enjoyed alone, very fresh, but can also be the basis of cocktail like the Mojito, accompany a chocolate dessert or a fresh fruit salad.
