The harvest from plots specially selected for their sandy / loamy soils, is done at optimal maturity of the grapes. This is followed by a double fermentation, the second of which in a closed tank, then a 3-month ageing before bottling.
Perfect for a refined aperitif around salmon toast but also to accompany a grilled gambas dish or a dessert.
Ageing: to drink within 2 years - Serving at: 6-8 °C.
