An expressive and lemony-coloured white wine. On the nose are notes of macerated lemon. The wine is generous on the palate and has citrus aromas, perfectly blended by acidity and minerality
The harvest is always done early in the morning. Juice is drained and refrigerated then directly pressed. Settling and vinification in stainless steel vats.
Enjoy this wine during a convivial moment as an aperitif, with a mozzarella salad with Corsican olive oil or a fish carpaccio.

Its name comes from the Corsican word "Niellu" meaning black, dark. It is said that it smells like har fur and licorice. Its aromas of red berries, violets, spices and apricots, its power and racy personality have made it famous.

This wine marvellously accompanies traditional Corsican or Mediterranean cuisine, meat stew and cheeses. Serve at room temperature (17/18°C)
His name means “cracking between the teeth”. Juicy, it has silky tannins and peppery bouquet with notes of toasted wood and maquis flowers. The low-colored juices are favored for rosés and young red wines.
